These industries are complex, technical, and demanding — and there are not enough specialized recruiters who truly understand them.     Luke brings over a decade of recruitment experience to Groupe Caledon, having built his career across agency, client-side, and talent solutions roles since 2011. He began recruiting engineers early in his career and quickly grew into sales and leadership, managing teams and building recruitment functions that served diverse internal and external customers across complex organizations.

    Before co-founding Groupe Caledon, Luke spent several years selling talent solutions and outsourced engineering services, giving him a rare understanding of what clients actually need — and what good recruitment really looks like from both sides of the table.

    Known for his ability to learn quickly, lead with integrity, and build lasting loyalty with the people he works with, Luke co-founded Groupe Caledon with a clear purpose — to bring genuine sector expertise and a relationship-first approach to the energy, industrial, and infrastructure markets.

    Conor has been connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations since 2015, building his career across agency, client-side, and leadership roles in some of the most demanding sectors in the market. Starting as a recruiter placing engineers, project managers, and construction specialists, he grew into sales and business development before moving client-side and into team leadership.

    Wanting a deeper understanding of the client experience, Conor moved in-house with a fast-growing construction company before taking on a leadership role with an industry leader in engineering services — where he built and managed a team of recruiters serving the energy, heavy industrial, and infrastructure markets.

    Known for his ability to build trust quickly and bring calm, clear-headed thinking to fast-moving situations, Conor co-founded Groupe Caledon to create something he believed the market needed — a specialized recruitment firm with sector depth that understood the unique challenges clients face in attracting and hiring top talent.
